Understanding the eVDR Application Status

When you submit an eVDR application in SANSOLS, the status begins as NEW. This indicates that your application has been received and is currently under review by the Immigration Management System (JIMS). Approval from JIMS is required before the status in SANSOLS is updated.

How to Check Your eVDR Application Status on SANSOLS

Follow these steps to view the current status of your eVDR application:

1. Log in to your SANSOLS account using your credentials at https://genesis.sarawak.gov.my/SANSOLS
2. Navigate to the eVDR application section or dashboard.
3. Locate your submitted eVDR application from the list of applications.
4. Check the status column to see the current status, which should initially show as

   NEW

What to Do While Your Application Is Under Review

During this period, please wait patiently for JIMS to complete their assessment. You do not need to take any action unless you receive a notification requesting additional documents or information.
